James Bernard Brantley, 63

James Bernard Brantley of Frostproof passed away Thursday, December 23, 2021 at his residence.

He was born June 14, 1958 in Etowah County, Alabama to the late Charles and Shirley Brantley; he moved to Frostproof as a child and has been a lifelong resident. James was a retired parts salesman for Bartow Ford.

James is survived by his daughter, Jordan L. Brantley of Indian Lake Estates; son, Jarrett T. Brantley of Indian Lake Estates; sister, Jackie Miles and husband Jon of Tifton, Georgia; nieces, Brandi and Carley of Tifton, Georgia; great-niece, Brantley of Tifton, Georgia; great-nephew, Braydon of Tifton, Georgia; and ex-wife, Donna McNeal of Indian Lake Estates.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 3, 2022 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof with Pastor John Essigmann officiating.
