Jaime Negron

Jaime Negron of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at his residence.

He was born July 3, 1928 in Puerto Rico to the late Saturnino Negron and Mercedes Lopez; and came to Lake Wales from New York City 21 years ago. He was a retired caretaker for the City of New York, and was of the Catholic faith. He enjoyed watching television, especially western and war movies.

Survivors include his wife, Isabel Negron; sons, Jaime Negron of New York City, Juan Negron of New York City, Edgardo Negron (Sandra Hernandez) of Lake Wales; sisters, Luz D. Negron of Poinciana, Isabel Negron of Puerto Rico; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Friday, September 10, 2010 at the Lake Wales Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence Thursday evening.
