Jacqueline "Jackie" Elaine Bales

Jacqueline E. “Jackie” Bales, 72, passed away Sunday, April 27, 2008
at the Groves Center in Lake Wales.

Mrs. Bales was born February 6, 1936 in Marysville, Missouri and came to Lake Wales 14 years ago from Lebanon, Indiana. She was a retired Beautician and self
employed in Indiana for 45 years. She worked at Walmart in the jewelry counter for five years and enjoyed family times. She was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Lake Wales.

She was preceded in death by her son Douglas Johnson. She is survived by
her husband Gary Bales of Lake Wales; daughters, Crystall Johnson of Virginia Beach,
Virginia, and Debra Ann Lee of Lebanon, Indiana; sons, David Johnson of Snellsville,
Georgia and Gary Michael Bales of Lake Wales; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grand
Children.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM
and funeral services will be held Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 11:00 AM
at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home chapel in Lake Wales.

Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
