Jacinto Figueroa of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, May 4, 2024 at his residence.

He was born May 9, 1940 in Aguada, Puerto Rico to the late Lorenzo and Tomasa Figueroa. Jacinto was a cook for United Airlines and previously owned his own deli.

Jacinto was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Figueroa in January of 2024; daughter-in-law, Judy Figueroa; brothers; and sisters. He is survived by his sons, Edwin Figueroa of Lake Wales, Edward Figueroa of Lake Wales, Raynaldo Figueroa and wife Margarita of Winter Haven; daughter, Michelle Figueroa and partner Virgil Brewington of Poinciana; sisters, Oro Valle of Puerto Rico, Gladys Echevarria of Puerto Rico, Gladys Figueroa of Puerto Rico; brothers, Tomas Figueroa of Kissimmee, Jose Angel Valle of Puerto Rico, and Banjamin Valle of Puerto Rico; 16 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral service at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
