LAKE WALES--J. David McLeod, 50, of Lake Wales died of heart failure Friday, June 01, 2007 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.
Born August 17, 1956 in Lake Wales; he was a lifelong resident of the area. He was a mechanic for B&B Loading in Lake Wales. He attended the Pentecostal church, enjoyed working on cars and was a jack of all trades.
Survivors include his wife, Penny R. McLeod of Lake Wales; daughter, Heather McLeod of Lake Wales; sons, Jimmy McLeod of Lake Wales; Wayne Nealey of Lake Wales; brother, Larry McLeod of Lake Wales; sisters, Anne Sexton of Lake Wales; Barbara McCranie of Lake Wales; Debra McLeod of Waycross, GA; and 2 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until service time at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, June 05, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Pastor Stephen Reed officiating.
