Irma S Glover

Irma S. Glover, 86 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at Bay Front Health Center.

She was born November 9,1928 in Lake Wales, Florida to the late Julius
S. and Lucy (Rhoden) Stokes and she has been a lifelong resident of this area. She worked for the Lake Wales Medical Center in the business office for 13 years and the Lake Wales Credit Bureau for 20 years. Irma was a member of the Golfview Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her first husband,Zollie Smithson in 1992,second husband, Troy Lee Glover in 2006 son, Michael O. Smithson in 2007, sister, Melba Carpenter in 2011.

Survivors include her sister, Nita Andrews and husband James of Lake Wales, Granddaughter, Michelle Pruitt and husband Gary of Frostproof; great granddaughter, Alexa.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Johnny Hare officiating. Interment will be held at the Lake Wales Cemetery.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home.
