Iris Jean Bastine Persing

Iris Jean Bastine Persing,70 of Lake Wales,Florida passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Good Shepherd Hospice. She was born on September 29,1945 in Jacksonville,Florida to the late Albert B. and Marjorie (Nettles) Bastine and has been a resident of this area since 2003 moving here from Georgia.She was a retired Manager for Peace Creek RV Park and was of the Mormon faith. She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Persing;daughter,Jeana Mahan(John)of Roswell,Georgia; son,Cliff Aycock of Alpharetta, GA;brothers,Tom Bastine (Linda) of Dundee,Ronnie Bastine ( Betty) Petal, MS;7 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday,January 9,2016 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Family will receive friends on Saturday from 9:00AM until service time.
