Irene M. Vollinger passed away Sunday, August 24, 2008 at the Life Care Center of Winter Haven, FL.
Born September 25, 1910 in Northampton, MA; she came to Lake Wales, FL from West Hatfield, MA in 1985. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She was a past member of Freedom Hill Chapter of National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include her daughters, Janet Blackford of Winter Haven, FL, Elinor Vollinger of Tenafly, NJ and Rita Vollinger of Easthampton, MA; sister, Helen Nelson of Keene, NH; granddaughter, Kimberly Blackford of Edwards, CO and several nieces and nephews.
