Inez Brantley

Inez Brantley, 92, of Frostproof, died of cancer on Thursday, October 6, 2005, at Royal Care of Avon Park.
A native of Cobb Town, Ga., she came to the area 70 years ago.

She was a citrus grader for Ben Hill and a member of First Baptist Church of Frostproof.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Brantley, in 1999, and two daughters, June Kelley and Virginia Barnhart.

Survivors include two sons, Johnny Brantley and Tommy Brantley, both of Frostproof; a brother, Marvin Meeks of Frostproof; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Marion Funeral Home, Lake Wales. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
