LAKE WALES -- Mrs. Imogene Worth of Lake Wales died of cancer Wednesday (Dec. 7, 2005) at home. She was 71.

Born in Frostproof on Dec. 26, 1933, she was a longtime resident of Lake Wales. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Golfview Baptist Church.

Mrs. Worth is survived by her husband, J. Lee Worth; sons, Mark Worth and Eugene Worth, both of Lake Wales; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Lake Wales. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Lake Wales Cemetery.
