Ihlene G. Stockel, 97 of Dubuque, IA and Lake Wales, Fl passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Advent Medical Center, Lake Wales, FL following a massive stroke. Funeral services are pending at LaCanne Funeral Home in Windom, MN with burial to follow at Hauge Cemetary in Bergen, MN. A Celebration of Life for Ihlene will be held in Dubuque at a later date.
