Howard Arnold "Howie" Sarver

Howard Arnold "Howie" Sarver of Lake Wales passed away Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at his residence.

He was born July 30, 1941 to the late Gale & Frances Sarver; he came here 10 years ago from Venice. He was a retired electrician for All Trades. He was a member of the National Shoot to Retrieve association and coached Pop Warner football.

Howard was preceded in death by his brothers, Morris Sarver, James Sarver and Bruce Sarver. Survivors include his daughter, Melinda Croce of Venice; son, Scott Sarver of Englewood; 5 grandchildren, Rodney Woods, Travis Croce, Drew Croce, Austin Sarver and Cody Sarver.

Funeral service will be held 6:00 PM, Sunday, November 1, 2009 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with viewing starting at 5:30 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Melinda Croce to help the family with expenses, please mail to the funeral home.
