Howard Keach

Howard "Frank" "Howie" Keach Jr. of Lake Wales passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2009 in Florida of pneumonia.

Born October 21, 1943 in Ogdensburg, NY, was a former resident of Cicero NY, and came here 9 years ago. He was a retired millwright for General Motors for 33 years, with 29 years in Syracuse, NY (Local Union #854) and 4 years in Adrian, MI (Local Union #2031). Upon his retirement in 1997 he followed his lifelong dream of traveling the US and Canada for 10 years fulltime in his motor home.

Howard was preceded in death by his father, Howard Sr, his Aunt Ruth, Aunt Bertha and in laws, Ed & Marge Eastman. He is survived by his "One Life One Love" wife Carol "Lyn" of 43 years, married on April 9 1966, his loving mother, Winnie Keach of North Syracuse, NY, son, Kenneth Keach (Rebecca) of Chattanooga, TN, daughter, Margaret (Keith) Little of Northport, FL, siblings, Jim, Ann, Jack, John (Ruth) all of the Syracuse NY area, priceless friends, Harold & Jean, Norm & Nancy, Judi, Jerry, Jack, Ken, Milt, Gary, neighbors on Red Quill, members of the Horseshoe Club and the Saddlebag Community.

The family will be receiving friends from 1:00 until 4:00 PM, Friday, April 10, 2009 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales.
