She was born November 25, 1963 in Fort Pierce, Florida to the late Bill and Ethelene Elwood; Hettie came here from Panama City five years ago. She was a CNA.
Hettie is survived by her husband of 33 years, Billy J. Rudolph; daughter, Madison Kathrine Rudolph of Frostproof; sons, Justin Delle of Mississippi, and En Tudory; sister, Sherri Brooks of Frostproof; and brothers, Tom Elwood, Tim Brooks of Vero Beach, and Jim Brooks.
