LAKE WALES--Henry Joseph Kondrat Jr., 68, of Lake Wales died Tuesday, June 05, 2007 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

Born January 18, 1939 in Cleveland, OH; he has been a long standing resident of Florida where he and "Peter" built their own home. He lived in Maui, HI for more than 20 years where he was an active member of the Maui Community Theatre. He was an electrician and of the Catholic faith. He also served in the Coast Guard Reserve.

Survivors include his life partner, Patricia "Peter" Murphy of Lake Wales; daughters, Laura Klask of San Jose, CA; Lisa Kondrat-Dauphin of San Diego, CA; Leanne Revells of Alamo, CA; Lynnette Pompo of San Jose, CA; son, Henry J. Kondrat III of San Francisco, CA; brothers, James Kondrat of University Heights, OH; Edward Kondrat of Pheonix, AZ; sisters, Carol Connor of Naples, FL; Janet Kondrat, SND of Cleveland, OH.

Private family services were held.
