Helen L Porter

Helen L. Porter of Lake Wales passed away Monday, November 5, 2012 at her residence.

She was born July 17, 1916 in Pluckemin, NJ to the late George W. & Fanny P. Smith; she came here from Summerville, NJ in 1978. She was a homemaker and attended the Saddlebag Lake Community Church. She enjoyed playing cards, bingo, camping and was an accomplished golfer.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin H. Porter and three brothers, Weldon Smith, Melvin Smith and Kenneth Smith, Sr. She is survived by her nephew, Kenneth Smith, Jr (Trisha) of Lake Wales.

Private memorial service will be held at the Lake Wales Cemetery
