Helen Lifsey DuBose, 98, of Montezuma, GA passed away Saturday, March 22, 2008 at the Montezuma Health Care Center in Montezuma, GA.

Born September 28, 1909 in Ashburn, GA; she came to the area in 1928 from Marshville, GA and moved back to Georgia 10 years ago to be with her family. She was a homemaker and attended the Church of Christ. She enjoyed flower gardening and taking care of her yard.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, C.U. DuBose. Survivors include her son, William C. “Bill” DuBose of Montezuma, GA; three grandchildren, Sharon, Mark and Debbie; three great-grandchildren, Tina, Kevin and Keith; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 until service time at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof.
