Heather Diane Miller, 33 of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at Lake Wales Medical Center.

She was born April 10, 1981 in Bartow, Florida she was a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her Brother Kenneth Tucker Jr.

Survivors include her mother Doris Ann Tucker of Lake Wales and two daughters McKenzie Jean-Ray Miller and Taylor Ann Miller of Lake Wales.

Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, September 12, 2014 at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Winter Haven.
