Hazel V. Ellis Dolph, 70 of Frostproof, Florida passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at her residence.
She was born December 17, 1943 in Flomaton, Alabama to the late Jessie W. and Susie Mae (Courtney) Lambeth and she has been a resident of Polk County since 1959 moving her from Flomaton, Alabama. She was a retired Secretary/ Janitor for Frostproof High School and was a member of the Frostproof Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her son, Barry Ellis, brothers, Ed and James Lambeth, sisters, Ona and Sue
Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Dean Dolph, sons, Anthony Ellis of Frostproof, Florida, Terry Ellis and wife Leslie of Ashland City, Tennessee; brothers, Tommy Lambeth and his wife Linda of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, Carl Lambeth of South Carolina, and 3 Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Joseph Gibilisco officiating. Interment will be held at the Silver Hill Cemetery.
Family will receive friends on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Frostproof.
