LAKE WALES -- Mr. H. Reid Parker of Lake Wales died of heart failure Monday (Feb. 27, 2006) at The Groves Center. He was 73.
Born in St. Albans, Vt., on Dec. 8, 1932, he came to Lake Wales from Burbank, Calif., in 1992. He was a retired letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion. He was a Catholic.
Mr. Parker is survived by his sister, Eleanor Luneau, St. Albans, Vt.
Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
