LAKE WALES--Guillermo Almodovar of Lake Wales and Puerto Rico died Monday, (Nov. 06, 2006) at the Winter Haven Health & Rehab Center. He was 76.

Born November 14, 1929 in Guanica, Puerto Rico; he has been a resident for 5 years. He was a supervisor for Branch’s and was of the Catholic faith.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Almodovar of Puerto Rico; sons, Irving Almodovar of Poinciana; Tony Almodovar of Plainfield, IL; brothers, Nesty Almodovar, Chagin Almodovar, Carlyn Almodovar, Jaime Almodovar and Angel Almodovar; sisters, Josefa Almodovar, Amelia Almodovar, Olga Almodovar and Consuelo Almodovar; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Family will be receiving friends from 1:00 until 5:00 PM, Thursday, November 09, 2006 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
