Gregory Edwards

Gregory Eugene Edwards, 54 of Frostproof, Florida passed away March 8, 2022 at Advent Health in Sebring.

He was born on October 25, 1967 in Nelsonville, Ohio to Donald and Sharon Edwards. He moved to Frostproof in 1976. He was employed by South Florida State College as an evening maintenance lead for 24 years.

Greg loved his boat, fishing, music, cooking and especially his dogs. Most of all, Greg loved his family the most. Greg had such an infectious smile you could never forget. Greg was saved as a teenager and loved the Lord.

He is survived by his wife Lisa of 23 years. His parents, Donald and Sharon Edwards, of Frostproof. Brothers Jeff (Wife Lisa) Edwards of Minden, Louisiana and Brad Edwards of Frostproof. Brother-in-law Mike Earnhart (Wife Susan) of Jacksonville, Florida. Nieces Elizabeth Earnhart, Sierra Helton (Husband Sterling) Nephews Chris Edwards (Wife Lacy), Aaron Edwards, and Matthew Earnhart. Great Nieces Cassidy Edwards and Ocean Helton.

Greg was preceded in death by his Grandfather Eddie Miller, Grandmother Jessie Lewis, and Step-Grandfather Robert Lewis. Father and Mother-in-law Harold and Jimmie Earnhart and Sister-in-law Janis Earnhart.

Service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church at 2220 US Hwy 27 South in Avon Park, Florida on April 2, 2022 at 1:00pm.

Fellowship and food will follow the service in the church social hall.
