Grace Clark, 101

Grace M. Clark of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at the age of 101. She was born January 26, 1922 in Sycamore, Georgia to the late John Wesley and Carrie McGill.

Grace was a long-time resident of Lake Wales.  She was a loving mother, wife, homemaker, and lifetime member of the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Clark in 2002; daughter, Linda Diane in 1942; son, Alan Clark in 2004; brothers, Rex and Ray McGill; and sisters, Juanita and Inez.

Grace is survived by a daughter, Beverly Blair (Bill) from Summerville, South Carolina; sister, Carolyn Adair (Ken) from Lake Wales; sister in laws, Mary and Joan McGill; 4 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be Monday, June 5, 2023 at 10:30AM at Lake Wales Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the First Baptist Church of Lake Wales.
