Gordon A Haas

Gordon Alfred Haas, 69, of Lake Wales, Florida, died Friday, May 16, 2008 of heart failure.

Born July 8, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Haas retired to Lake Wales 13 years ago. He attended the Antioch Baptist Church of Dundalk, Maryland and First Congressional Church of Baltimore. He loved people and enjoyed chatting with them and loved dancing and bowled on a league. He also attended, ARC, a vocational school for disabled adults.

He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred & Evelyn Haas and a brother, Donald Haas. Survivors include a sister-in-law, Joan Davis Haas: nieces Tammy Gogel and Laura Sacchetti, and a nephew, Donald Haas Jr. all of Baltimore, MD. Cousin and long time caregiver, Linda Stempor of Lake Wales FL.

Services and burial will be held in Dundalk, Maryland under the direction of Duda-Ruck Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to A.R.C., North Point Rd., Dundalk, Maryland 21222.
