SARASOTA--Glenna Gloria Corcoran, 61, of Sarasota died Sunday, July 01, 2007 at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton.

Born July 28, 1945 in Moundsville, WV; she lived in Sarasota for 12 years, moving there from Titusville. She was the owner of Venice Upholstery & Drapery. She loved her family, friends and had a passion for her business. She was blessed with a creative gift for interior design which she turned into a successful business.

Survivors include her husband, George K. “Kenny” Corcoran of Sarasota; children, Harry W. “Trey” Daugherty III; Sue & Kirby Postlethwait; mother, Naomi Johnston; grandchildren, Blake; Mikaela; Keegan; Kendyll; two brothers, Harry Robert Long; Richard Long; three sisters, Deloris Ruckh; Laura Didion; and Anna Taylor; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 5, 2007 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Wallace Reynolds officiating.
