Gladys L. Vaughan

Gladys Louise Vaughan (94) passed away on Friday, December 5th, at Grace Healthcare in Lake Wales.

She was born in Mitchell County, Georgia, on Oct. 21, 1920 and had been a resident of Lake Wales since 1948 coming from Westville, FL. She retired from Citrus World and was a member of Westside Baptist Church.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband,Wyatt Bronzo (Buck) Vaughan, great-grandson Jacob Michael Storck, sister, Margaret, and sons-in-law, Sonny Lawrence and Ellis Danford.

Survivors include daughters, Ouida Lawrence of Sebring, FL and Loretta Danford of Lee, FL; son, Douglas Vaughan (Christine) of Milton, FL; brothers, Bruce West (Marie) of Graceville, FL, Zeno West (Jeri) of Clarcona,FL; sisters, Era Weeks of Pensacola, FL and Nancy Goolsby of Selma, NC; 7 grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren,
12 great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be held 2:00PM Saturday, December 6th
at Lake Wales Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Westside Baptist Church.
