GEORGE E. MCCONNELL, 81
George E. McConnell of Lake Wales, Florida passed away, Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Southern Gardens in Lake Alfred.
He was born June 3, 1937 in Leachville, Arkansas to the late Bud and Betty (Allen) McConnell. He has been a resident of the area since 2017 coming from North Florida. He was a Citrus worker.
He is preceded in death by his wife Martha A. McConnell, grandson Christopher McConnell, sons Brian and George Jr. McConnel and daughter Tammy Lynn McConnell.
He is survived by his sons Rickey E. McConnell of Lake Wales, FL, Brad E. McConnell and wife Angela of Winter Haven, FL, and 3 grandchildren.
