She was born September 30, 1934 in Worthington Springs, Florida to the late Smith and Ida (Davis) Waters. She has been a resident of the area since 1960. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her nephew Roy Locke and wife Sharon of Mt. Airy, NC.
