Gene "Jim" Davidson

Gene "Jim" Davidson of Winter Haven passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

He was born March 1, 1940 in Brownsville, PA to the late William and Audrey (Wade) Davidson; and came to Winter Haven 16 years ago from Freedom Township, OH. He was an Assembly Line Worker for General Motors for 30 years, and was a member of First Baptist Church of Waverly. He enjoyed playing musical instruments, singing, working on small engines, talking to people, loved to travel, God, family, and home.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Audrey Davidson; daughter, Kathy Frampton of Hiram, OH; and son, Michael Davidson of Freedom Township, OH.

Memorial service will be held Sunday, May 23, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Cypress Campground and RV Park (7400 Cypress Gardens Blvd, Winter Haven), with Pastor David Durham officiating. Everyone is invited to a reception following in Recreation Hall following the service.
