Gary Leon Pistole

Gary Pistole, 72 of Lake Wales passed away Friday, September 5, 2014 at his residence.

He was born May 28, 1942 in Santa Maria, California to the late Raymond Wallace and Geraldine (Simmons) Pistole. Gary and his wife have been residents of the area for 4 years moving here from Los Angeles, CA. He was a retired School Teacher with the Los Angeles County School Board. Gary was a veteran of Viet Nam serving in the US Navy and Army.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Susan Pistole, sons: Gary Raymond Pistole and wife Pam of Babson Park, Bruce Leon Pistole of Lake Wales, Brian Lee Pistole of Babson Park, and Paul Stanley Pistole of Lake Placid, brother, Robert Pistole of Las Vegas, Nevada and, grandchildren, Gary, Jake, Chase, Amber, Brandon, Corey and Matthew Pistole.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday September 14, 2014 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until service time.
