Fred J. Heaton, 94 passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at the Forsythe Hospice House.
Born December 17, 1919 in Mineral Bluff, Georgia to the late Carl and Florence (Frady) Heaton. He has been a resident of the area for 37 years coming here from Baltimore, Maryland. He was a retired Railroad Engineer for Western Maryland Railroad. He enjoyed fishing and antique cars.
He was preceded in death by his son Mickey Dale Heaton who passed 17 years ago.
Survivors include his wife of 69 years JV Heaton of Davenport, FL. Son Jeff Heaton of Haines City, Fl. and 8 grandchildren.
