Francis August Cosentino

Francis A. Cosentino of Frostproof passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2012 at his residence.

He was born July 27, 1928 in Oswego, New York to the Late Monte and Frances (La Nasa) Cosentino; he came to Frostproof from Baldwinsville, New York 3 months ago. Francis was a retired Welder for General Electric, a member of the Welders Union, enjoyed wood carving, painting and metal sculptures. He was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church

Francis was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce E. Cosentino; companion Sara Patchett; parents; 2 brothers, Joseph and Roy

Survivors include his daughters, Linda Oliver of Frostproof, Diane Harding (James) of Haysville, Kansas, Lois Juall of Frostproof, Donna Soria (Ezquiel) of Perrin, TX, Karen Cosentino of Frostproof; sons, Richard Emmerth (Connie) Frostproof, Paul Cosentino (Elizabeth) Syracuse, NY, Andrew Cosentino (Pina) of Liverpool, NY; Sister, Rose Gray of Concord, NC; brother, August Cosentino (Carol) of English Town, NJ; 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren

Memorial services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, August 26, 2012 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Frostproof with Fr. Nicholas McLoughlin officiating. Family will receive friends on Sunday, from 3:00 until 5:00 PM.
