Frances Brunese Lacy

Frances Brunese Medley Lacy, formerly of Lake Wales, passed away Tuesday October 5, 2010 in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was born November 6, 1931 in Colquitt, Ga. to Horace Medley and Myrtice Wilson Medley; she came to Lake Wales in 1947 from Georgia and moved to Texas in 2007. She was a longtime member of the Golfview Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Marvin Lacy, and her daughter, Janice Lacy Patterson. Survivors include daughter, Linda Dickey of North Richland Hills, Texas; son, Charles Darrell Lacy of West Palm Beach; brother, Benjamin Littleton of Lake Wales, Dennis Littleton of Palm Coast, Florida, and sister, Annette Burke of Lake Wales; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 2PM, Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at the Golfview Baptist Church in Lake Wales with visitation at 1:30PM. Interment will follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery.
