Forrest Abraham Leverette

Forrest Abraham Leverette of Winter Haven passed away Monday, January 26, 2009 at the Winter Haven Hospital.

He was born September 21, 1935 in Crenshaw County, AL to the late Coleman Horace & Linnie Lydia (Schofield) Leverette. He was of the Baptist faith and served in the U.S. Army. He loved to play golf and do home repairs.

Forrest was preceded in death by his sister, Hazel Blodgett and brother, Bobby Leverette. Survivors include his wife of 8 years, Donna Craig Leverette; daughter, Debbie Kirchberg of Jacksonville; step-daughters, Lisa Craig of Plymouth, MI and Julie Bremer of Howell, MI; sisters, Janette Cauthen of Luverne, AL and Pat Arthur of Lake Placid; and 8 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until service time at 3:00 PM, Friday, January 30, 2009 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales.
