Felix Chavez Jr of Frostproof passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009 in Frostproof.
He was born February 12, 1982 in Okeechobee; he was a lifelong resident of the area. He was self-employed and of the Catholic faith. He liked being outdoors, grilling, and drinking Coronitas. Survivors include his fiancé, Sandra Arredondo of Frostproof; son, Felix Chavez III of Frostproof; step-daughter, D'Andra Wright of Frostproof; mother, Teofila Chavez of Lake Wales; father, Felix Chavez Sr of Mexico; sisters, Janet Chavez of Lake Wales, Elizabeth Chavez of Orlando; Jadesmier Sanchez of Orlando and Jessica Avendano of Frostproof; and a brother, Jaime Chavez of Winter Haven.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 until 8:00 PM, Thursday, July 9, 2009 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof. Funeral service will be held 10:00 AM, Friday, July 10, 2009 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Lake Wales with interment following at Silver Hill Cemetery in Frostproof.
