Faye Esther Smith

Faye Smith, 88 of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Somers Hospice House in Sebring.

She was born April 01, 1924 in Kellysville, West Virginia to the late Alonzo and Hattie (Jones) Whitlow and has been a resident of Lake Wales since 2000 moving here from Rossville, Georgia.

Faye was a homemaker and a member of the New Harvest Worship Center; she enjoyed traveling and collecting dolls.

Faye was preceded in death by her daughter, Donnette Neinaber and Janet Herndon.

Survivors include her husband, Allen F. Smith of 71 years; daughter, Calida Crawford of Dundee; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, February 04, 2013 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Livingston and Rev. Steve Thompson Officiating. Interment will be held at the Lake Wales Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Sunday, February 03, 2013 from 3:00 until 5:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
