Born April 01, 1909 in Morven, GA; she moved here from Barney, GA in 1930. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Frostproof. She loved her garden and loved to crotchet.

Mrs. Tyre was preceded in death by her son, Gordon Tyre in 2001. Survivors include sisters, Mattie Ruth Bryant of Bradenton; Frances
Stubbs of Hahira, GA; 10 Nieces and 8 Nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 07, 2007 at the Marion Nelson Funeral Home of Frostproof with Rev. David Trimmier officiating. Interment will be held at the Silver Hill Cemetery.
