Everett Craven

Everett Craven of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born April 30, 1924 in Sistersville, WV to the late Everett and Addie (Smith) Craven; and came to Lake Wales from Luna Pier, MI in 2003. He was a retired painter for Republic Steel, and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy.

Everett was preceded in death by his son, Mark Craven in 2003. Survivors include his daughter, Mary Ann Craven of Massillon, OH; sons, Richard Joseph Craven of Columbus, OH, David Bruce Craven of Lake Wales, FL; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, September 11, 2010 at the Lake Wales Cemetery Mausoleum.
