Etta Marie Gullie

Etta Marie Gullie 84, of Lake Wales, Florida passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, Florida.

She was born November 13, 1929 in Durham, North Carolina to the late Festus H. and Mary A. (Smith) Peterson and has been a resident of the area since 1978 moving here form Tallahassee. She was a Homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church, member of the Women’s Group and Bill Johnson Circle all at the church. She enjoyed music, Crocheting, watching ice skating and talent shows. Marie was a very enjoyable woman who was loved by everyone.

Survivors include her Husband of 66 years William W. Gullie; sons, Terry Lynn Gullie of Lake Wales, Gary Vaughn Gullie of Warner Robins, Ga.; sister, Gladys Harris of Charlotte, NC; grandchild, Michelle Marie Gullie of Warner Robins, Ga; step grandson, Gary Vaughn Gullie.

Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
