EMMA BOHANNON, 90

WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Emma W. Bohannon of Winter Haven died of complications of Alzheimer's disease Wednesday (Dec. 14, 2005) at Winter Haven Hospital. She was 90.

Born in Homeland on Sept. 2, 1915, she came to Winter Haven from Obrien in 1949. She was a retired licensed practical nurse for Lake Wales Medical Center. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.

Mrs. Bohannon was preceded in death by her husband, Archie Bohannon. She is survived by her sons, George Bohannon, Sun City Center, Roger Bohannon, Maryville, Tenn., David Bohannon, Tommy Bohannon, both of Lake Wales; eight grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lake Wales Cemetery.
