Elvin Joe Kelley, a hard-working man and retired owner and operator of a trucking business, passed away on January 18, 2026, at Oaks of Avon in Avon Park. He was born on May 3, 1933, in Boaz, Alabama.

Seventy-five years ago, Elvin made the move to Frostproof, where he built a life filled with family and community. Throughout his life, he cherished family gatherings and enjoyed watching television during his free time.

Elvin was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Norma June Kelley, his daughter, Kim Piety, one brother, and two sisters. He is survived by his daughters, Judy Youngblood and her husband Lloyd, Joyce Kelly, Robin Sizemore, and Lisa Kelley; his sons, Joe Kelley, Bryan Kelley and his wife Tammy, and Todd Kelley and his wife Dianna; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren, and thirteen great-great-grandchildren.
