Elaine Griffin Hawley

Elaine Griffin Hawley of Babson Park passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at her residence.

She was born April 1, 1941 to the late Leonard Clayton & Ivy (Plankey) Griffin; and she came here from Rhode Island in 1983. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She enjoyed reading, watching crime shows on TV, her animals, and flower gardening. She was known well for her rose bushes in Rhode Island.

Elaine was preceded in death by her husband, Harry T. Hawley, and a brother, Russell Griffin. Survivors include her two sons, Wayne and his wife, Charlotte Hawley of Lakeland, FL and Leonard Hawley of Providence, RI; and four grandchildren.
