Elaine Ann Glisson

Elaine Ann Glisson of Orlando passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs.

She was born July 23, 1942 in Takoma Park, MD to John & Mayme Machowsky; she came here 48 years ago from California. She was a title clerk and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed reading, quilting and watching tennis.

Elaine was preceded in death by husband, Norman Pearce. Survivors include her daughter, Rhonda Gail Glisson of FL; son and daughter-in-law, John Delane, Tami Marie Glisson of Apopka; sisters, Carol Lefebvre of California; brother, Earl Machowsky of California; three grandchildren, Michael, Trent and Paige Glisson of Orlando.

Graveside service will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Silver Hill Cemetery with Rev. Keith Thompson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
