Edna Carol Whitlock, 74

Edna Carol Whitlock of Frostproof passed away Friday, February 10, 2023 at her residence.

She was born April 7, 1948 in Frostproof to the late Randall and Omie Dell Taylor. Edna was a caregiver. She loved camping, fishing, and cooking out with her family. Edna enjoyed spending time with her sisters, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren.

Edna was proceeded in death by her husband, Norman Whitlock in 2015; and dogs, Rocco and Angel. She is survived by her daughter, Kay Gravley (Kim Bashaw) of Lake Wales; son, Chuck Whitlock (Wendy) of Babson Park, Randy Whitlock of Frostproof, and Jamie Whitlock of Riverview; sisters, Ophelia Pangle of Lake Wales, Harriet Lynott (Eric) of Lake Wales; seven grandchildren; several greatgrandchildren; and cat, Callie.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Frostproof with Pastor Stephen Bolden officiating.
