Edgar Penaloza Lopez of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024.

He was born August 24, 1973, in Bejucos, Mexico, to the late Rafael Penaloza Jaimes and Arcenia Lopez Macedo. Edgar was a Carpenter with Eldorado Homes, and was a Jehovah’s Witness

Edgar was preceded in death by his parents, Rafael Penaloza Lopez, and Arcenia Lopez Macedo. He is survived by his wife Eida Alamo Roche; son, Emmanuel Yeshua Penaloza Alamo; daughters, Ursula Elizabeth Penaloza, Victoria Alvares Alamo, Nicole Angelique Penaloza Alamo, Nairobi Noemi Penaloza Alamo, Helena Ainoha Penaloza Alamo; brothers, Rafael Portillo Penaloza, Concepcion Portillo Penaloza, Eli Portillo Penaloza, and Jairo Portillo Penaloza; sisters, Perla Y. Esquivel and husband David, Graciela Portillo Penaloza and husband Felipe, Africa L. Portillo Penaloza and husband Marino, Wendy Portillo Penaloza and husband Ivan, and Alondra Portillo Penaloza.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the service at 1:30 PM. A burial will follow at Lake Wales Memorial Gardens. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.marionnelsonfuneralhome.com.
