Edgar A. Daniels

Edgar A. Daniels of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, August 12, 2010 at his residence.

He was born October 14, 1935 in Georgia; and moved to Lake Wales 55 years ago. He was a mechanic for Highland Park Service Co., and was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed camping and fishing.

Edgar was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Louise Daniels in 1998. Survivors include his daughters, Sarah Kirkland (Randy) of Hortense, GA, Joyce Rentz (Wilbur) of Wayneville, GA; son, Eddie Daniels (Brenda) of Lake Wales; brother, Rayford Daniels of Lady Lake, FL; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 16, 2010 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home, Lake Wales, with interment to follow at the Lake Wales Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00-3:00 PM Sunday, August 15, 2010.
