Duane William Wemple

Duane William Wemple "Pete" of Lake Wales passed away Friday, December 13, 2013 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born March 1, 1946 in Scottville, MI to the late William Wallace & Leona Catherine (Johnson) Wemple; and he came here 20 years ago from Gowen, MI. He was a Christian and a retired truck driver for Vitiac. He was a member of the Moose Club.

Pete was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry Wemple. Survivors include his wife, Donna Jean Lewis; daughter, Angela Lyewski of Ludington, MI; sisters, Karen Maten of Ludington, MI and Sharon Stafford of Grand Rapids, MI; brother, Robert Wemple of Grand Rapids, MI; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
