Dorothy Lawn Brown Silvernail

Dorothy Lawn Brown Silvernail, 79 of Frostproof, Florida passed away Friday, April, 10, 2015, at Heart of Florida Hospital.

She was born July 20, 1935 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Arthur and Helen (Woodward) Lawn. She has been a resident of the area since 1995 coming from Millerton, Pennsylvania. She was a homemaker and a member of the Emmanuel Fellowship Church in Frostproof. She loved camping, knitting and cross stitching. She made blankets and things for premature babies.

She is preceded in death by her first husband Norman Brown.

Survivors include her husband, Floyd Silvernail of Frostproof; sons, John M. Brown and wife, Cheryl of Millerton, PA, Robert William “Bill” Brown and wife, Julie of Camarillo, CA, Thomas A. Brown of Winter Haven, and Daniel Brown and wife, Audrey of Winter Haven; brothers, Robert Lawn of Perkasie, PA and Bill Lawn of San Antonia, TX, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
