Dorothy M. “Dot” Loughin of Lake Wales passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at her residence.
She was born April 1, 1927 in Jeffersonville, PA to the late Gail D. & May Beaver; and she came here from Brookville, PA 15 years ago. She was a retired nurse and was of the Episcopal faith.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Elwood C. “Buzz” Loughin; daughters, Gail Marsden and husband James of Brookville, PA; sons, Thomas M. Loughin and wife, Marie of Surry, British Columbia and J. Curt Loughin and wife, Nancy of Herndon, VA; and four grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, February 22, 2014 at the Camp Mack River Resort Clubhouse.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be sent to Good Shepherd Hospice (105 Arneson Avenue, Auburndale, FL 33823).
