Dorothy Carol Conner, 90

Dorothy Carol Conner of Lake Wales passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at her residence.

She was born April 4, 1930 in Moultrie, Georgia, to the late Clyde and Sarah Etherige. Dorothy was a retired kitchen manager.  She loved being on the water, especially to go fishing. Dorothy was very outgoing and wanted to take care of everyone. She loved her family, friends, and Jesus. Dorothy was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She was a member Westside Church of God of Prophecy in Jacksonville.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her son, Gary Eugene Conner; and grandson, David Johnson. She is survived by her daughter, Brenda McGavisk and husband Ronnie of Lake Wales; son, Ronnie Conner (Donna) of Jacksonville; brother, Jack Etherige and wife Cherry of Ocala; five grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
